Procopé & Hornborg advises Haltija Group on its business acquisition of Terttu Lilja Oy

Procopé & Hornborg acted as the Legal Advisor of Haltija Group in its acquisition of the business of Terttu Lilja Oy. The acquired business of Terttu Lilja Oy consists of, among others, the healthcare and physical products and extensive knowledge relating to such products. 

Haltija Group Oy, a portfolio company of Sponsor Capital, is a Finnish company providing comprehensive solutions to various support and rehabilitation needs, as well as wellness technology. Haltija Group’s turnover in 2018 was appr. 23 million euros and it employs over 100 professionals.
